How do I return an item?


Didn’t love your new socks with all your heart? Here at we aim to please and will accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of socks that are altered or damaged by the purchaser. Socks should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels should be included.

Follow these three easy steps to return them:

  1. Print a copy of your Order Invoice/Return Form. Fill out the information completely and include it with the socks you are returning. At this time we do not offer direct exchanges.
  2. Ship your return items via an insured package or mail courier such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Prepaid return shipping labels are not available. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless the item is manufacturer defective when originally shipped.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund or store credit will be processed. If you have requested a refund, the credit to your original form of payment will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
